Clément Konrad & Partners assist private equity as well as institutional clients on the corporate, tax and regulatory structuring, implementation, running, marketing and/or listing of Luxembourg alternative investment funds (AIF). 

Such investment fund may be non-regulated, lightly regulated or fully regulated, set-up in the form of capital companies (S.A., S.à r.l., S.C.A) or partnerships (SCS, SCSp) of funds (FCP/SICAV), with fixed or variable capital, share classes or compartments (umbrella fund).

The firm's work comprises, amongst others, the drafting of articles of incorporation, partnership agreements, fund management regulations, private placement memoranda and prospectuses as well as the ancillary suscription, financing documentation as well as agreements with AIFMs and other advisors and financial service  providers.
